A few years ago Tom collaborated with author Christine Barbour on the popular book Indiana Cooks!  This book, published in 2005 by Indiana University Press, has been critically acclaimed both for it's writing and it's photography. The book covers 15 of the finest restaurants across Indiana: there are interviews with each restaurant's chef, four signature recipes from each establishment, and 100 photos of the food, chefs, and decor that make each restaurant a memorable experience. We were very pleased when the first printing rapidly sold out, and the book has quickly become one of IU Press's most popular titles!
